A German WW1 1898-05 Butcher Bayonet

A German WW1 1898-05 Butcher Bayonet (Seitengewehr 98). The bayonet itself is in overall good condition, the wood grips are in good order without any damage, the hilt and cross guard have some staining and are also stamped with acceptance marks. The blade is in good condition with mild staining as can be seen from the images, the ricasso is maker marked P. D. LUNESCHLOSS SOLINGEN. the scabbard has been painted black which has some chips to it. VG+++ Condition.
