A Third Reich Period Police Shako

A Third Reich period police grey felt shako, the body of the skako is sound with a great original shape, the felt cover in complete without mothing, the strap and its fitting are all in good working order. The peak has a chip to the front of the rim as is very slighty mishapen, which has in turn forced a few light cracks as can be seen form the photos to the peak, however, the peak does retain its high polished appearance. the inside of the cap is in excellent condition and maker marked "Maury & Co" OFFENBACH aM and is a size 57. A very nice Police Shako and with the exception of the crack on the rim would grade as excellent. VG++++
