A WW2 German Infantry Hauptmans Uniform the the 124th Inf Reg, the listing is for the Infantry Officers Peaked cap, Tunic, Belt and Luger holster. the awards and decorations with the exception of the Krim Shield are not included but available for purchase. The peaked cap is in all round very good condition with no damage or mothing, White piped for infantry, the metal insignia are both in good bright condition, size approx 57. The tunic is privately tailored by P. Vauclair of Paris and has been made to a high standard, overall the tunic is in very good conditon that has been worn, with only two small moth holes on the back of the right arm, The bullion eagle is in great condition, the epaulettes are in good sound condition with white piping with the two metal pips and regimental number 124. Inside the tunic is the strap and clip for a dagger. The officers belt is in very good condition but missing the slider, the Luger Holster is in overall very nice condition, but has been reissued after the war and had the original straps replaced. All in all very very nice uniform that looks great on a mannequin. the 124th Infantry regiment saw extensive service, and was an anti tank regiment that saw extensive service in Russia, the unit is worthy of further research.
