A Laos Medal of Government Gratitude, The medal was established on the 27th January 1962, it was awarded to the rightist forces in the 1960-61 “campaign” of civil war. The Front shows a figure of a walking soldier holding a bayoneted rifle, surrounded by a studded circle, and, outside of that, the protruding blades of a chaka fighting disk, with Royal Crown. The reverse shows a circular inscription 1960-61 at the bottom half and Lao script at the top and in the middle. VG++++ to better condition.
